Exchanges, refund and sizes:
Please be sure about the size as clothes and personalisation are made on order so we cannot excharge or refund. If you not sure of anything, please contact us before placing your order.
Kids sizes below 2-3 Y will be provided with a onesie or vest ( Sizes: Premature to 18-24 Months)
If we have started with your order, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.
If for any circumstances refund or cancellation is approved, refund will be processed with the same method of payment used and takes up 5 - 7 working days.
All cancellations and refunds will be subject to 10% charge for administration and banking charges.
Picture requests
Please do not request picture of the final product as we don't always take picture before packaging. Please wait patiently for your package to arrive.
Content and Images Used
Our items are not a licensed product. We do not claim ownership of any character or image used in my designs. Copyrights and/or trademarks of any character and/or image used belong to their respective owners and are not being sold by us.
Custom Designs
Please note if you request a custom design from somewhere else, it will not be 100% the same but we will definately come close. Things like fonts and characters usually look slightly different if we can't?find the originally use.
Custom designs are subject to extra charges / fee.
Material Use
We use different material for different application for the purpose of printing.
If we don't have the exact colour material from the picture which you've seen, we will use the most closest material without distorting or changing the look of the product.
Washing and Care:
Shipping and Production
Production length of each product varies and is shown on each product page for easy calculation.
Shipping of products only takes place after the production length of that particular product and if multiple products are added, the longest lead time will take effect.
Please order ahead of your birthday or celebration as things turn to delay unexpectedly from both production or courier side. So we recommend ordering with enough time space in between delivery and your event or celebration to avoid disappointment.
Fast shipping only applies to shipping and not the production of your order.
