How to Order Personalised Gifts and Party Packs
Ordering personalised items is easier when you know what details we need, when photos can be sent, and how production dates work.
2. Add personalisation details
Enter names, ages, colours, sizes, dates or wording requested on the product page. If a photo is needed, you can upload it there or use the send-photo-after-checkout option where allowed.
3. Check your basket
Review each item, confirm the correct personalisation, and update only product quantities that have a quantity field attached.
4. Add your contact details
Add your name, phone number and delivery or collection details. This helps us contact you quickly if artwork or wording needs confirmation.
5. Pay and confirm
Complete payment or follow the EFT instructions. Your production timeline starts once payment and required details are received.
